What is Nete.in?

Nete.in (pronounced as netty) is a curated online store carrying a mix of young indie labels + slow made organic clothing. We support conscious fashion, sustainability, handmade, up-cycling and recycling. Nete.in is an address where shoppers have everything filtered, it’s not every item from every designer and nor is it every designer. When curating, we draw inspiration from the details of everyday living and all that surrounds us, designs that appeal to a customer’s intelligence, creativity and individuality. A carefully curated product range, fit for all seasons, making sure it’s unique just like you! 

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we ship across India and worldwide. We ship internationally via DHL.

HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

You can refer to our size chart, listed on every product page, in case you're unsure, you can always reach out to us on customercare@nete.in. We'll be available to assist you within 12-24 hours.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All our items are made-to-order. We typically take 7-12 business days to process your order and an additional 1-2 days for shipping within India. For international orders, delivery typically takes 4-5 business days.

I NEED MY ORDER EARLIER THAT 7-12 BUSINESS DAYS, IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Yes, depending on the style, size and the shipping pin and zip code. Please reach out to us on Whats App, Email or on Chat through our website before placing your order. Items on sale or purchased with a discount code cannot be expedited.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

No you don't, but we would love to get to know you!

DO YOU CUSTOMISE STYLES?

Yes, we do! However this would depend on the style you'd like to customise along with further details on customisation required.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Paypal, Cheque Payments, UPI & Bank Deposits.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You'll receive an email when your item is shipped with tracking details. 

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

All our items are made-to-order due to which we don't refund on any items sold. However if you'd wish to return your item for store credit, you can drop us a line on customercare@nete.in with your return request along with any feedback for us to improve our product offering. Please note, some styles aren't returnable however they can only be exchanged for a size up or down, the same is mentioned on every product page. We don't offer exchanges or returns on International orders.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS?

Upon receipt of the item and a quality check, we'll typically issue a store credit within 7-10 business days. An email is sent with details on how you can redeem the same.

HOW DO I USE PROMOTION CODES?

At check out, you'll be able to use your promo code. This will enable you to redeem your coupon. Please note items purchased with a discount code don't qualify for urgent deliveries.
