Terms & Conditions

1. Orders placed with COD have to be confirmed on email and on our WhatsApp number +91 98208 24482. The confirmation will need to come in within 24 hours of placing the order. After which the items will be restocked and order will be auto-cancelled.

2. If you missed confirming within 24 hours, you will need to process a fresh order for the same. Once, the order is placed please do confirm the order on email and on Whatsapp - +91 98208 24482.

3. Please note items purchased on COD are not refundable but can be returned/ exchanged against a store credit within 7 days of receiving the item. The store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.


4. In case of a size exchange, please write to us on customercare@nete.in. The return will have to be sent by the customer to our office address.

5. The return and exchange will only be processed if the items are returned in its original condition - unworn and with its tags and packaging intact.

6. Any damage caused during transit while being sent to our office will lead to cancellation of return or exchange. The item will be sent back to the customer on receiving a delivery fee of INR 150.

7. Customised items cannot be processed on COD.

8. Expedited items cannot be processed on COD.
