At Doodlage, Up-cycled factory waste gets made into short limited edition collections. They recycle post consumer waste and post cutting scraps into new fabrics to create seasonless well finished garments made for longevity. What is wasted at their studio is segregated and converted into accessories, soft furnishings and paper to make stationery. All Doodlage pieces and fabrics are made with ethical production units.
Doodlage, founded by Kriti Tula, started the conversation around sustainable fashion in India in 2012. Her work focuses on creating awareness around the need for alternate fashion economies. With Doodlage her aim is to create India's first global sustainable and affordable fashion brand; focussing on reselling, repairing and up-cycling while including ethically made recycled fabrics.
The brand has been covered by many global organizations like Duetsche Welles, Brut, Apple Inc, Fashion Revolution, Sophie Australia, Facebook India and more. Doodlage is equally publicized by the media in India and has grown to be one of the most acknowledged and credible brands for sustainable fashion in India.Doodlage aims to bring circularity in fashion and raise awareness around the impact of a linear fashion model.
